For whatever bs reason Billboard decided that the song is recurrent. Even though it never charted on the Hot 100.
Was #5 on the recurrent chart last week. We think that they would let it chart if it were top 50, but apparently it's not or they won't allow it to chart at all.

It literally makes no sense for them to consider DYA "recurrent." To the GP, it's essentially a brand-new song.

And it could be an oversight. It reminds me when Get Lucky ended back up in the top ten on HDS following the Grammys (with a nice streaming boost), but for some reason, it never re-entered the Hot 100.
