The Billboard chart year ends on 11/30, but this list is just for the best-selling songs of 2015 as we normally define it (1/1 - 12/31).
EDIT: Or am I wrong?

I don't know for what the list is. Very possible that it's for the Soundscan year. For that we have another 7 weeks.
Pretty sure Billboard year we only have 1 week left.

Um. Billboard is stupid and doesn't know what a year is?
They just want to put those lists out in December and not wait until January. Don't know why. Would be so much more accurate if they wanted until January and got the real year into it.

I'm pretty sure you're right regarding the 2014-2015 Billboard chart year- I think it has to do with the day that the charts are dated, not the day they're released (in which case we do only have one week left).

Yeah, I was thinking more and more about it... Usually it was the week after AMA's show but since this BB Year is pretty unusual because of the dates and the Friday Global Release Date. Hmm.. It's either this is the last one or it's the next one. Let me ask someone

Wait, BB year ends last November chart, so this chart (issue date 11/28) is last 2015 rank I think. But this year is new tracking-week period so Idk
