Maybe you should learn the facts first. It was originally wrote with Rodney Jerkins while they were writing for PCD, then she decided she wanted to sing it but The Fame was already done. After that Rodney played it for Larry Rudolf and later Larry rang GaGa and said he wanted it for Britney.

So it wasn't written for anyone. Larry just snatched it right up because it's hot ****
