No one has to integrate into our society. Muslims' way of life may be different but they have every right to live that way especially since 99.99% are peaceful and victims themselves.
It's his comment bringing Christianity to this when it didn't have to do with anything with the attacks, France is closing hateful mosques because of the terrorist attacks from a muslim group, that's why they're focusing on one group. It's rational.

I said they have to be tolerant of our values if they want to live here and they have to mix into society/get a job/etc, I didn't say they had to abandon their religion/culture, whatsoever... People literally don't read anymore or misinterpret way too much just to try and make themselves look good, it's sad

It is rational due to recent events. Islam does mention killing infidels, it's in the qur'an. Most likely some mosques will preach about that, which is why France is closing them. They're not closing all the mosques, only hateful ones, so no, they're not bullying all muslims.

Islam in homophobic and sexist in it's foundations, and culturally they hold these beliefs much stronger because of their persecution and because that Islam is still practiced as a political system. Having a religion of peace stamp doesn't change ****, I don't accept those values the western is much more civilised culturally. Yes Christianity and Judaism have done terrible things, and as such we should know better than to accept radical religions like Christianity and Judaism use to be.
If we showed a little more tolerance for Muslim people from the get-go, there probably wouldn't be so much disdain for the West over there.
This line of "reasoning" has been disproven time and time again, this notion that if we just left them alone, the terrorists would all go home and get 9-to-5 jobs. Read the Atlantic article "What ISIS Really Wants." Spoiler alert: it's total annihilation of the non-Muslim world. Their end game requires the genocide of people not like them (us). They couldn't care less about intolerance.
I doubt in any church in the world they discuss such topic as "is it acceptable to beat your wife?" but ok

and it's not in exaggeration, I've been to a few baptist churches that thought like this and when I found out I was out with a quickness.
However there are other religions that practice the place of women besides Christianity and Islam so let's not act dumb and try to stay on point
