I wonder if these attacks have to do with the Syrian border. A theory was posted about ISA disguising themselves as Syrian immigrants to get into the EU.
This is about religion, but it is NOT about the Islam that the majority of Muslim people follow. It is NOT about what has built their lives and families, and that needs to be understood.
This is about a corruption of what it means to be a Muslim.
There's not a legitimate religion on Earth whose followers will condone this brutality and murder; respect those who are Muslim but do not do this, respect the lives of those who are being lost today, and take this as something to ignite a passion against only the people who are perpetrating these acts.
Thank you
This thread should be about what's happening, not a place to discuss the rhetoric of religion. Not now.

Yes it is These terrorists are reading from the same Quran as everyone else, not some terrorist edition but ok
For ****ing ****'s sake. Don't make this about religion. This shouldn't be a war against religion. It's a war against terrorism. Don't ostracize all the innocent muslims (and they are numerous). People need to ****ing grow up and stop pointing fingers. Whether the people who did it are Muslim or not, they're terrorists first and foremost. Nothing else matters.
This hate speech needs to end and is unnecessary here.
Those terrorists are probably people born in France, so you all can stop with these hits against the refugees.
This is all so heartbreaking. I can't read anymore of it.
I live in a Beirut suburb kinda but my area is really safe. The explosions happened in the southern suburb (which is always dangerous). I'm leaving the country for good tomorrow though. Thanks
