I don't get the American mentality that it's a bad thing to live with your parents. Like, of course it's bad if you are literally doing nothing but with a lot of non-American cultures, people live with their parents late into their 20s until they are financially comfortable enough to go out on their own.

Most Americans live with their parents until their mid-twenties these days. It's not frowned upon. It'd he different if you were in your late 30s and still living with mom and pop though.
