I'm in the middle field for the school scene. I wasn't super ecstatic for it neither was I like blah. Throughout I was just like

Well tbh, I was happy when it ended but I still liked it.

The only cringe part for me was then the boy killed that man and told the kids that they had to drink him up and everyone was like

I don't feel sorry for Alex at all. It was her own damn fault to let herself get turned into a vampire. Like... get over it. Holden is dead. Leave it that way. Her stay inside the hotel will be a hell thanks to the Countess. She will treat her like ****.

Gaga's acting was great again in this episode while in the last it wasn't really.

The school scene was interesting. It had blood, killing, everything you'd expect from horror. Just one thing... when the kids ran out of school wouldn't the daylight hurt them? Didn't the writers think about that?

They are newborn vamps that can't control their urges for blood. This is popular fact through almost every vampire esque fiction (True Blood, Twilight, etc).

And add on top of that its kids. Children who are turned are very wild and destructive, even moreso than adult newborn vamps. Iris is newborn vamp too but she was becoming ill from the lack of blood just the like the other kids in the class. Liz Taylor helped Iris become stable enough by giving her blood, although not fresh. The other kids in class had no other source other than attacking humans. Plus remember Holden attacking the family dog out of the whim for blood? Child vamps can't control themselves on their own.

Why don't you think Alex didn't go crazy like the kids? Because Alex drank from the stored blood bank in the hospital.

If you wanna talk about stuff not making sense that’s them being out in the sun and nothing happening.
You were supposed to get power sapped while being in the sunlight.
Well that was a bit bogus when the boy just went out to school and all the kids ran outside towards their parents like they just ate a ton of sugar.

i didnt have the impression that you immediately need blood when you get turned.
of course it could have been off-screen with tristan, ramona or her man,tho.

and i dont think its like they will burn to death the second they get into the sun.

Kids are a lot more reckless and have more trouble measuring the consequences of their actions than adults.

Y'all are really nitpicking. Like many shows have all those little illogical moments. So they should have spent the time of the episode on showing to dumb viewers how exactly other kids turned into vampires, how the one little kid made all his classmates drink his blood and they did with no hesitation? Many shows leave it to viewers to think out.
But if they drop that storyline with kids in next episodes, I'll be disappointed

Anyway, the episode was so good compared to the last one Not me being wrong when I said last week that the episode 5 of FS written by the same writer was a **** so this one will be crappy as well. Excited for Room 33. The promo looks great af

I am disgusted at the school/kids scene. Literally wanted to STOP it so bad, so so bad. I've rarely to NEVER felt that way.

Without that scene, this would've EASILY been the best or 2nd best episode. The worst thing ? The scene with the kids didn't even END which means we'll have to watch them again next week or the week after

WTF How did this little guy ( who by the way is quite the badass, should've played one of the main kids roles) know how to turn and so on without anyone explaining him ?

At one point I wondered if he is the antichrist kid possibly, but he is not blonde and I think the kid was blonde, right ?

If it doesn't end up being something like a twist or something, I don't know It was BAD and a filler (as of now) they could've shown Lily Rabe, Evan etc.

What about the countess' nefarious plan? Maybe she turned the unstable pediatrician because she knew this would happen? It's all up in the air at this point, so don't come for the show saying that nothing makes any sense. You don't know the direction they're taking it, so just wait and find out.

This season seems to be fond of introducing things and then explaining much later.

This episode is really fun

Not Alex being more of a monster than the Countess is, turning her friend's son into a vampire, then release him just like that which end up in him killing his own parents and turning the whole class (or even school) students into vampires, this'll end up to be one of the biggest messes in AHS story, the chaos that'll happen in the city

And is it common that childrens in a USA movie or tv shows to kiss each other? So messy

I really hate those couples (are they from Glee the series or something? their faces looks familiar), staying in a low-class hotel like that, but expecting a 5-star room service quality. They deserved to be slayed by Iris
