Harlem shake lead was due to viral videos which effects last only for a week or two. Hello is going to stay in 30-40M range until the end Dec or even Jan. And unless some huge artist release their lead single in another 3-4 months, Hello will be #1 till probably Jan or Feb.

We use the decimal point rather than the decimal comma in English speaking countries/Asia, the title is correct under that system.
