Adele right now is in a league of her own that no one can touch. Just because Ariana can't outsell her doesn't mean anything. No one can outsell her right now. She is truly a gem, and artists like her don't come around often. I would equate her to the modern Mariah or Whitney with the kind of success she is having.

With that being said let's not be delusional in thinking Ariana is going to outdo Adele. But lets also not be delusional in thinking that Ariana is flopping right now.
