It's just harder for Pop girls who are basically strictly pop to get Grammy's.
There's really no difference between Katy and Rihanna in terms of talent (in any aspect). But Rihanna has what, 7 Grammy's? Aren't almost all of them in that rap/sung category lol.
It's much easier for crossover acts to get Grammy's.
