It's always some random song from an animated movie winning the Oscar tbh. I guess there's a lot of voters that make animated movies and all that technical stuff & they want to support their irrelevant contemporaries.
WTF at people not knowing Believe by Cher? It was the biggest song of 1998(9?) and she was like 54 years old or something at the time. Not even Madonna can pull this off.
Madead just needs to acknowledge her LEGEND status and stop trying to compete with the younger generation. If she does a timeless album I'm sure she will sell a lot more albums and a lot more tickets even if the singles flop (just like they are doing anyways).
