Nosespray will help your blocked nose, for sore throat try strepsils. If you want an all in one solution, try Buttercup syrup. That always helped me when I had colds. Or you can find tablets in any supermarket/Boots, just go to the cold/flu section.
I'd try some nosespray and tea first.
