We know Boone's working with the other two killers, so I think he'll be a likely scapegoat when everyone else's location can be accounted for.

I definitely think Boone and Grace's dad are working together somehow.

The way her dad (jesus christ I really need to learn his name) reacted when she accused him of being the killer was way too calm. It's almost like he expected it.

One of the Chanels plays a part in whatever they're up to as well, I just haven't figured out which one it could be. I thought it may have been Chanel #5, but now I'm not so sure.

Omg that's actually a good possibility. I was kinda thinking that the Red Devil that Chad went after was Boone, and that's why Chad didn't get killed. Your theory is kinda better though.
