If you are on iOS 9 with a 64bit device (iPhone 5S and above) download 1blocker and enable it in settings. It's free and by far the best Safari ad blocker; you can pay for extra features but they aren't necessary unless you need them. (Crystal started letting ad companies pay to show you ads. Avoid ha at all costs!! )

Yeah. First open the app and there should be big ass switch that says "Enable" or something like that: turn ha on. Then go to Settings app - Safari - Content Blockers - Allow 1Blocker, close Safari if it's already open and, finally, ATRL won't have those ugly ads anymore.
