OhRly? is back in the game, but is a puppet of death, and has to choose to kill someone.

Qatari is out, but gets ATRL+ on Nov. 20th, and Death also gets to kill someone.

So Death has 2 kills that he's about to reveal, correct? One will be through OhRly?, and the other as a consequence of Qatari's greed.
