I think she worked so hard and so much, to the point of exhaustion sometimes, that she now is forcing herself to take things more lightly. Besides, having grown older, she now probably has other priorities and feels like doing other things outside of music to expand her brand and because she enjoys doing them, that she didn't have time, or maybe the freedom, to do while working her ass off with recording/shooting videos/performances/tours. She is now is involved in a lot more than singing and that ends up taking its toll, I believe.

I like remixes when done right tbh. I just uploaded all Una remix EPs to my iTunes library so they come up on shuffle quite often, lmao
Both are correct, "lots (of)" is just slightly more informal than "a lot (of)", I'd say
