I was at the show tonight and let me tell you YOU'VE SEEN NOTHING if you've only watched the Periscope. The show looks whack on a phone and doesn't translate through a ****ty live stream. This show is fantastic, Madonna feels and looks fantastic. This show is magic, her best since Confessions and for me her best ever because she enjoyed every minute and the smile never left her face. NYC loves Madonna and Madonna loves us back!

Show was AMAZING. Saw MDNA and this was sooooo much better. Honestly it took a little while for the audience to get into it. Ppl were not really feeling the first act imo, but then once she played a couple oldies everyone could not stop dancing. Deeper & Deeper was a surprise highlight and the whole Latin section was spectacular. The standing O after that And that ****ing Illuminati interlude, OMG ppl were legit getting nervous

Love love love. Surprised at how much fun I had. Also surprised at how much fun she seemed to be having. She has a way with the crowd.

Anyone saying you need to see it in person to "get it" is lying unless you've got floor seats right by the catwalk. All the action happens there. But you might be able to appreciate more of the incredible visual elements from a slight distance. My experience watching Periscope wasn't too different from seeing it in person.

The show occasionally drags (the 80's medley in particular feels monotonous), the ending is a mess, Living For Love needs to be a mix of the original and the remix. I appreciate that Madonna isn't really telling a story or following a particular narrative for this tour. It's really about the music this time, and you really feel that with the minimalistic stage and the band being on set and visible the whole time. The highlights were plenty.

I don't understand how people are comparing this endlessly to Re-Invention when they really do not compare. Not even a little bit. I do hope she can do another type of greatest hits tour again someday.

Visuals were a pretty integral part of the show. The tilting screen/stage thing in the back was awesome, and you could not fully appreciate that on the floor.

It was better than MDNA cuz 1. the set list is better—MORE old stuff and BETTER new stuff, plain and simple and most importantly 2. she actually cares and it shows. MDNA was a shitshow, all the "no smoking!!!" and crying vids, always seeming uninterested, etc. She really seems to have found her spark again. Like she was just loving the crowd and interacting constantly. You wouldn't expect dumb old songs like True Blue or Deeper & Deeper to bring much to the table but she made them so much fun.
