So by your logic Crazy in Love (2003) is more iconic than Toxic (2004) right. Since is also has more views. Thanks.
Crazy in Love was performed in the Superbowl 2013 and was rerecorded and re-released as a new version for it to be featured in one of the most anticipated movies of the year.
Toxic now is performing in it's own standing power and the gap is small, which says it all really.

So #Thankful my fave was able to perform as the headlining act at the Superbowl.
Obviously "...Baby." When you talk about the defining video of the 90s, you generally think of BOMT or Vogue Justice4Jeremy.
When you talk about the most iconic video of the 2000s, Toxic, Oops!...I Did It Again, Crazy In Love, Poker Face, Bad Romance, Beautiful, etc. get thrown around.

Offtopic: I would say Wannabe was bigger then BOMT tbh.
Baby one more time is the definition of a notable contribution to pop culture, it is remembered 16 years later. Last Halloween, I went to a party and there were five girls who didn't even come together all dressed up as the BOMT Britney
Single Ladies was a hit in its time but it's far less remembered

"Wannabe" was a hit song but its video wasn't really that famous, imo. In the U.S., the Spice Girls were done pretty quick and didn't really live on (see: Forever).
