You all should know she told the fans to please not grab her because of her anxiety. In this case, I understand her and she was still polite with the fan and took the photo with him.
I can't put myself in her shoes because I'm not a celebrity and I don't know how it feels but I can imagine hundreds of people screaming and touching you... Even if you try to be nice, it's bound to happen that you may come across rude sometimes. When you're un a rush and someone's trying to grab you... it's bound to happen.
