I think in Florida it's age 16 but only for people 24 years and younger. But the parents can still report you and get you arrested...the laws here don't make sense

? 16 year olds can have sex with anyone over the age of 16, as long as they are not in a position of trust (eg. a teacher). A 16 year old having sex with a 25 year old who is just a normal 25 year old is legal
