Yes, this guy was in the wrong for cheating. And I ALWAYS believe there are better solutions to issues than suicide, and I also am not convinced this man was thinking about what was his best for his family when he did it. He did a lot wrong and I am not defending or justifying that.

THAT SAID, he is still a human being. All life has value (even if the person doesn't live their life in a way showing that value) and the guy was clearly going through a lot of emotional pain and issues to do this, regardless of the reasons. Depression is a tough thing that can really warp your emotional perception of reality, and it's sad that it ended like this vs. him managing to get some kind of emotional help instead
