No,
1.- She's Madonna
2.- Complex shows that depend on so many technical details are prone to last minute things that can **** up
3.- Opening night and first dates are even more vulnerable to mishaps

So it's realistic to expect 2 hour delays for every date, some dates will even have a longer delay.
Good thing is, if she starts 30 minutes/1 hour late you will feel it started ahead of schedule
