I just hope the interludes in the songs aren't dialogue/skits, & that they're more atmospheric/melodic, like spoken word or musical segues.

Exactly! I already have my concert tickets so I'm willing to go big on this era if she delivers.

That said, yeah, I don't want a 'Bathroom Break' skit popping up in the middle of a BoP, for example. That would really piss me off. She needs to give me SOUL with this album.

Bathroom Break makes me cringe, but I always listen to it and cackle. Reminds me of Fasten Your Seatbelts...but with toilets.

I'm thinking it may be how Lauryn did The Miseducation. Some spoken word monologue that segues into the song. Marvin Gaye also did the same thing on his classic What's going on album.
