I get what Miley says, but...

She misses the point cause Taylor's songwriting is more inventive than everything that is on radio right now, so, even though her single choices can be seem as "neutral", her discography is consistently risky for a girl that came from country music and write her own songs, not everyone wants to be sexual and stuff.
