"A couple weeks" just sounds like 2 or 3 and 2 or 3 weeks doesn't sound like longevity at all
My statement was like divided in two.
Longevity wise & peak wise.
Peak: I think it won't peak in the first month. I think it'll stay stable in the Top 10 while radio keeps growing and then it'll peak later in a few weeks, maybe next month or something.
Longevity: I think it'll serve Blank Space teas after it peaks.
WD needs to be the last single. I'm over this era.
Now that she's had her watershed moment of global domination she needs to change things up with the next album. I really really really don't want 1989 part 2. Pop has such a wide scope, she got things right working with Jack Antonoff. More of that pls.
Hmm, I believe that if Holiest Dreams does it, 1989 could be the 2nd album this century with 4 multi-week radio #1s.
The first is Usher's Confessions, and that included a re-release single.
For most #1 radio weeks this decade, 1989 is tied with that one girl's album, at 15.
But where is the backlash ATFailRL was talkin' 'bout?

I would love two more singles off of 1989, NR followed by TL, but i worry she'll get overexposed, tbh i could live with NR just being a secret gem for the fans and the era ending with TL, but then again i feel like its gonna be a long break until the next album and im not ready for the wait :/

I doubt That Love would be a single, it's not single-y enough. New Romantics will likely be next and maybe last though

She still in Her quick lil song said that Taylor gets around and has a pile of exes, has fake smiles, only dates guys for Her music...and "eff this Taylor ********." Hmm.
It felt like the biggest radio single here, I heard it more than the other ones.
