I invited a friend to go with and she was ecstatic at the idea. After getting the tickets, I bought her a copy of Rebel Heart Deluxe so she wouldn't be confused at half the set list.

You know what, Rebel Heart isn't as bad as people make out. I think the leaks just left a really bad impression on the era before it even got started.
It's literally everything Madonna is rolled into one album with both bops and cute ballads.
As far as her more recent 'floppy' albums go, Rebel Heart > MDNA > Hard Candy
Who's really hating Rebel Heart though except for the atrl haters and the bitter MTribe squad? It was a critical success (one of the higher metascores of major pop girl albums in recent years) and a lot of fans are happy that she seems to be back on track again with her music. It's not one of her all time best but it's far away from her worst.
One day y'all are gonna wake up one day and realise how bad American Life (album) and Music (album) are.
