It is still possible that we get pre-order.
Big artists usually release first in US together with WW. Not all of them release it In Oceania first

Selena needs to start teasing if the preorder is coming tomorrow. I really doubt it tho.
And yeah a live stream of her explaining the tracklist like she did with Stars Dance would be really cool.
