Are your connection speeds steady + healthy? That does sound odd tbh, not something I've experienced before.

My internet connection is fine. I've tried to do it in other forum site and it is working fine.

Thinking about it, it's probably a combination of ATRL draining your bandwidth a bit and Safari being a biT unstable. Just a guess, tho. I would clear history/cache, reboot - but you've probably tried those. Good luck henny.
