But she also isn't doing The Voice just for fun. My guess is she went back to the drawing board after BBHMM underperformed and scrapped whatever was planned for #R8, and we'll be seeing the start to the brand new #R8 era in September or October.

Technically whatever she releases next is going to be R8 regardless, it'll just be a different R8 than the first R8, an R8 2.0. You don't just release a seventh studio album and then go straight to ninth studio album.
