He never said how it works. I'm assuming if you clarify you DIDN'T send for those people, it won't count. And I didn't, so he shouldn't.

My strategy was, every time I sent a PM, I would go to the most-recently posted-in thread that's at the top of the inbox page you're taken to after you send a PM, and I sent THAT person a PM with a gif.

I did it in a cycle for a longass time, then kept doing other things in between PM sendings.
