Some do, but it's still too much for some families. And if you go to school outside of the state you live in, it can be significantly more. Especially if you don't go to some unknown tiny school.

I'm not sure how I feel about Lana her video. It's so simple (reminds me of Ultraviolence and of WC with the explosion/fire) but it could've been better. I heard they're sending the song to pop, here for Lana getting a sleeper hit (probably won't happen tho)

Also mess @ Kesha performing at Clemson If I were staying here this semester I'd try go see her. Very few A-list singers (or former A list singers) visit here

True. I own my house (bought it in 2009 at the bottom of the market after the house crash) which means my home has value, I have a career making 99.1k (telework 3 days a week, have every monday off and only am required to go into the office on Wednesdays) at an nationally known federal government agency and I have 3 degrees.
I certainly don't need to make that up in a place like this where none of that matters or is required to participate

I really can't talk because the age gap isn't huge, but... K, I tend to be the youngest at everything I do, so realizing that there were members who were too young to remember things I was able to remember vividly, despite being only a few years older, is just... Like, I remember certain things that happened in the early 2000s. I was around three, but I remember them. Things my parents never had to tell me. I even remember seeing Aaliyah's picture on TV when she passed. So knowing that these memories are older than some members makes me feel weird.

I didn't know who Aaliyah was until I joined ATRL and only found out how to pronounce her name last year. She was kind of a nonentity in the U.K.
