SOTHOMC is so good, it's like her own Nightmare by Miley Cyrus. You don't really know why they excluded it from any of her releases. I don't know why Katy's allowed to do it but they aren't (Part of Me/ur sucha dirty doggy!!11). Might be a money thing too.

My best idea: Dr. Luke didn't produce it and genious'ly thought it didn't belong (he is wrong/sucks often). His stupid, controlling ideas are the reason why Becky G, GRL, Sabi and all other 500 of his artists never make it off the ground.

I guarantee Nightmare was kept off Miley's album because Dr. Luke is an idiot. He produced it, no?
If I recall correctly, Wrecking Ball also had a legal problem involving Luke. Crazy stuff
