The Bad Blood video premiered at the BBMAs on May 30th, but BB did not peak on overall radio until mid-July, for example. No harm, no foul.

It's up to Taylor's label, they can release the video whenever they want (as long as they've got one ready on time of course).
Can't Feel My Face was really high on airplay when its video came out, and other songs like Don't Tell Em, Pour It Up, Truffle Butter, I Don't Mind COULD have had videos released when they were high on airplay.
I don't think Taylor will do it though. Most of her videos this album came out really early, so they'll probably do the same again.
