Aren't black widow/red coat the same person anyway, red coat lost her red coat in the S3 finale fire and then in 4x01 there's a woman in a burnt mask so, so it'd make sense that it's the same person

They hinted at baby's switching with Charles & Andrew back in 6x02 I believe. So I wouldn't be surprised if someone in this show actually was switched.
