Fire, water, earth and air are key components in both the creation and the destruction of life. Each of these elements has a distinctive nature to it. You and your team will be working to create a single trinity together that embodies your element.

Try to show more than one side of your element.
USE GOOGLE DOCS TO WORK COLLABORATIVELY JUST TRUST ME IT'S GREAT. If you don't know how to set it up but want to use it, tell me and I'll show you how it works. But seriously it is a miracle worker and so much better for this than PMing.
Bring out the best in your teammates but try to find a cohesive middle ground for all of you.
This is the last round of Phase I.
What this means is that everything that's happened in the game so far has been fairly straight. After this round, things will be getting much more strategic. I haven't thrown any twists at you yet, outside of the cheap one in the first round. After this round, you can expect more twists, (hopefully) more exciting challenges and more strategy. Also, after this challenge there will only be single eliminations. It's time to have a little fun!
Here are some example songs; one for each element. Remember, this is interpretive so as long as you can justify yourself well any approach could work. Please do not use songs from my example trinity. (You can use the same concepts!)

Water can be refreshing, like a cool stream or it can be dark and mysterious like the depths of the ocean. Water that is contained is easy to deal with, like swimming pool, water that is un-contained and out of control can do great damage, like a flood. Water signs represent the intuition and emotional aspects because it flows and it's liquid or it could be solid like ice, it can evaporate into air and turn into clouds. Water is complex and a paradox it is everywhere and can be almost anything.
