I bet Frances asked Ryan to be Jessica's replacement and Ryan said 'No'. She will neither be a main cast in 'American Crime Story' nor is she in 'Scream Queens'. Also she didn't attend any panels or was seen at any events since Freak Show premiered.

It's really a shame, because Frances is legitimately the show's best actress (I'd say Jessica's tied for second with Lily), and she ALWAYS gets snubbed one way or another every year, and now she ain't even in the show. Ugh.

I hope Angela gets best supporting actress, Finn for supporting actor and I hope they get all their cinematography nominations as well. The season may not be the best, but they had that time period down.

They're not filming in any real hotel. They built one themselves.

But people are suggesting it's taking place in Cecil Hotel, the place where that happened, because of the chair with "CH" on it, but I highly doubt it because they've never had any of the seasons take place in a building that legitimately exists. Obviously, the Harmon's house, the asylum & the academy all were real buildings, but their histories were fictionalized for the show. I don't see why that would chang enow.

Technical categories are deserved.

No @ outstanding series or best actor noms for Angela & Denis. Denis overacted, and Angela was good but far from note-worthy.
