Because there's an extra long chart week, does that mean that there won't be a 7-day rolling effect, or is that not affected by the changes?

Radio won't be affected by the change. But Demi will have more days to recover from rolling so that's the advantage.

I don't expect video to come anytime soon. She just shot it, plus the fact it's being released in September in UK means they're pushing for a long time. The video is going to be released last week of July/ early August imo.
