Katy can definitely make another successful pop record before she starts to decline. Her 4th album
might be another semi-successful/solid era without too many hiccups. Prism had a couple.
Gaga, however, is not a guarantee. She's too emotionally involved in her career and if something doesn't go her way, she becomes irrational. And that's why she suffered a decline.
She needs to get her **** together or else she won't have another successful pop era. And if her next effort is similar to AP, quality and success wise, then it's kind of a done deal for her.

She thinks they screwed her out of millions and millions. The BBHMM vid is literally about this place. Could explain why she's having some issues with the album release
