Metacritic scores don't mean ****. They didn't help Ascreechia's career from bursting and being shadowed, and won't help Kendone's career from bursting and being shadowed.
Besides Kendrick can have Metacritic scores when in the end -- Drake's albums are more recurrent in sales, are more recurrent in Streams, have iconic singles, and will be more remembered. So in the end, what Icon really won?
Drake is the Taylor of this generation Rap. He has the impact, everything he releases is a top-Rap seller, he controls the game, and has had solid longevity.
Kendrick is more of a Lana Del Rey. 1 cute era that sold a lot with 1 hit, then he fell off. Atleast he has 'acclaim' though.

She is a 15 time Grammy Awards winner who sold over 30 million albums WW with timeless hits under her ****ing belt. She is one of the most respected artist of all time.
