The hell it isn't. At least not for my height. 2500 is the average amount of calories for the AVERAGE male. If you're a 5ft3 woman who's 40KG you obviously don't need 2000 (the suggested average amount of calorie intake for women) calories. It's different per body, hun.
You need real food. Like baked chicken breasts and baker potatoes, sweet potatoes. Vegetables, granola to snack on in between as well as protein powders and exercise.
Oh wait. I just remembered I discovered a hack a while back. Go on a sardines/potato diet. Sardines are full of fat and potatoes are full of carbs. But with all fish, your skin is bound to pay the consequences. Choose your sacrifice wisely.
