Those songs all managed to go Platinum without being top 10 songs & having amazing longevity. All of them weren't released during the Streaming era, yet they managed to make such a huge splash on it.

Man Down was released the same year as LoT though
And it was a big hit in some countries, given it's bigger than any Bey song in France but the point is, there are some artists who have a greater streaming power than others and you can't base how big a hit a song was only by the streaming points it has. Beyonce's best selling song this decade hasn't crossed 2M in the U.S, Britney's has.
