It's a site which features multiple sellers (who sometimes sell the same thing). I've used for over a year and have had no problems whatsoever. One size is one size fits all. If you search "bear jacket" on aliexpress, you'll probably be able to find your exact jacket which you ordered. I'm fairly sure that the jacket you ordered only comes in one size (hence why the seller on aliexpress only has one size) and they were wrong for telling you there were multiple sizes.
