I will never forget this story one of my male teachers told us.

He knew a girl in college who wore mini skirts and heels and she'd always walk around campus like that and she was like 4'11. He also knew this one big football player dude built like the big show. One day the guy just ran behind her scooped her up and ran with her in his arms while she screamed for him to put her down and then he finally got around the corner and put her down and said "You see how easy it was for me to do that? The next man might not be so nice."

He directed the story to the girls in class as a way to get them to "understand" they should dress better. Someone the big burly man scaring tiny girls wasn't the one in the wrong.
