I still use Video Games for nostalgia reasons but Ride and West Coast definitely surpassed it. There is something so beautiful and empowering about Ride as a track that I don't think she has really matched yet. Rick Rubin worked wonders with her, that song alone is why I want him to work with GaGa. West Coast is something else though. Psychedelic, sexual, and haunting at the same time.

She really is all kinds of talented. Shame people stopped buying her stuff once everyone else realized she was incredibly talented and made the second best album of 2014.

Born to Die, Video Games, Ride and West Coast are one of the few listenable and good Lana Del Rey songs. Most of her other songs are either too depressing or they make me tired.

I'm hoping for a blend between BTD and UV. Something that is pleasing and will draw back in the original fanbase that ditched Ultraviolence but keep the good songwriting choices and the fantastic production of Ultraviolence.

But I wouldn't have a problem at all if Lana said **** it and just did things her own way with no care about them oldies.
