I don't get it. Why would anyone hate The Roof? For every other Mariah track, I can objectively find a reason why someone might hate it, but The Roof?

It won't win though. The fact that it's a flop single only remembered by die-hard fans will hinder it.

I think any Vegas residency should be the No. 1's, because most of the people coming to see you, most of them don’t know the album cuts that the fans know. If I were to do a show of my favorite songs for the fans, which I will do one day, it would be a more intimate setting.

She needs to do the Butterfly tracks live. Idg why she lips like Babydoll and The Roof when they're not even vocally challenging and she'd sound great doing them. And I'd love for her to do more underappreciated tracks from the 90s but she wouldn't be able to do them justice
