Why should songwriters give her the best material?
No one needs her, Vegas was a nice shithole for her, nice but artistically nothing, there are hundreds out there, now younger and better, hungry for hits.
Dr Luke still gave her his best material back in 2010 (even non-stans agree) when he had other much more profitable up-and-coming artists he could've passed it to back then (Ke$ha, Katy). I know times have changed but not a lot of these new young girls are really doing it success-wise, except for Ariana and Meghan.
