The video definitely helped and it's always good to see Kendrick anywhere! That being said, the video almost feels a little too big budget to me; like it's a summer blockbuster or K-Pop video and I don't know if I want that as a trend in music videos...

After three weeks, everything is in its right place. Another week for Pretty Girls at the top of the chart also. Britney holds us a surging Luke Bryan who just released an awesome new single; he's kicking the dust up, and the plays for sure, but Britney barely fended him off. Now my chart has almost an unofficial rule where the number one song doesn't make it past 3 weeks atop the chart and this may hold true as Britney will have stiff competition from Luke, Taylor (featured in my avi! The first major pop artist to do so - thanks Era! I love it), Yelawolf, just about everyone really is cranking in the plays. 
) and makes an appearance as a feature on Big Sean's Blessings which debuts on the single chart this week (Big Sean's album is basically a Drake-lite album anyway). As far as the predominant theme here goes; the chart is currently split between country and hip-hop/R&B. Last week saw Zac Brown topping the chart (he'll be back soon enough) and this week sees Yelawolf and his country/hip-hop album taking over. On the personal side; I continue to be busy, nearing the end of the semester and I have a ton of projects coming up so the next week may be a repeat of this one as far as charting things go if I don't get the chance to listen to new stuff. Who knows though. Anything can happen. 
I like it but it's one of Britney's weakest singles.
