ARTPOP's era wasn't doomed from the beginning we're not talking Warrior era here

ARTPOP actually had potential to do well, there's a reason why it debuted with 600k+ WW people were here for the album and it also ended up with 2m WW with a messy era, it's just it wasn't handled correctly.

Social media is kind of lame in general these days. I deleted my Facebook once I started getting friend requests from aunts and uncles I only have an Instagram to check up on my friends but never post. Same for LinkedIn but it's not like people use it that way.

Yup. The era was salvageable, she just needed to play the game - which she obviously wasn't in a place to do.

She could have quickly filmed a new DWUW video and released a solo version to radio incase some weren't having the RK feature.

She could have made a 'thing' of having different artists duet with her on it. Xtina, Kendrick, anyone. Lots of different versions for streaming/coverage.

She could have followed it up with a remix of Sexxx Dreams with Rihanna.

She could have followed it up with Gypsy and a killer video.

She could have done a high profile side collab to inject momentum back into her brand.
