But to answer your question, I remember my sister put me on to sneakers. She surprised me with a pair of AF1s for my birthday and I LOVED them. It's an emotional connection for a lot of people and a hobby.

I wasn't old enough to see MJ play in a lot of these shoes in the 90s so I love the NBA history behind them + my bro and dad were heavy into sneakers. It kinda trickled down to me and now I have almost as many pairs as they do. It's a way of life.
