"Oh my God, one of the biggest pop artists ever feeling so bad, her Loverboy isn't #1 hit, her video looks cheap and childish, her movie will be totally bomb. Well, I gave it low score, because it's great opportunity to support Mariah Carey's career downfall and probably push her away from pedestal of commercial success".

Movie isn't masterpiece of cinematography, Loverboy doesn't worth Academy Awards for Best Original Song, but this mistake isn't reason for boycott by music critics.

Personally, I gave it 7.5, but critically it deserved strong 5.0 or 6.0, but definitely not status of "the pop equivalent of Chernobyl".

nah, I'm ok with glitter... just rocket seems to be really violent sometimes, so I wanted to drag her a bit...


this rate was such a spiritual joyrney for me... well not really, lol but still I realised that I really like Me I am Mariah, I re discovered DayDream and discovered some bops from Butterfly, well only Breakdown, I still can't get into that album, Idk what is wrong with me... it is a fan favoriter but I don't like it... I hate Rainbow more then ever lol but I realised that Cry Baby is AMAZING! Charmy was a torture tho... like it''s not worth giving another try... Oh and yes, the comeback album really feels a bit constipated... like idk I guess it didn't age that well or something... I still use the singles but the rest is just...

I can't believe Breakdown grew on me a bit too. When I announced the rate, I immediately gave scores to everything since I know her discography so well, but I listened to all the albums just to confirm my scores and they pretty much all stayed the same except I had to bump Breakdown a bit. I was appalled when the first rates came in and everyone was praising it, but now I'm glad it'll be a top 150 hit in the rate .

Well I listen to every album except Rainbow, Charmy, and Music Box all the time anyway, so re-listening just meant playing those three, plus the tracks I typically ignore from the albums I do listen to. Breakdown and a couple Charmy songs benefitted from this project.

Personal lyrics is good, but musically it sounds boring and sugary like it had an one long song.
